How can I roam with Maxx?
1. Check that you have roaming data via Maxx App
2. Activate Data Roaming in your phone. Turn “ON” Mobile Data and Data Roaming in phone settings.
3. Connect to Preferred Network.
4. Monitor your usage via Maxx App
5. Data Roaming services will not be available if the phone is not connected to the Preferred Network / once Roaming Data is fully used

Can I receive or make calls while roaming?
Yes, you will need
1.Eligible plans ($10 Maxx with IDD / $12 Maxx with IDD / $10 Online Plan / $12 Online Plan)
2.Connected to our Preferred Network
3.Device is VoLTE-enabled and VoLTE is turned on
If you have all the above, you will be able to receive call from +65 number and will be able to call to a +65 number
To make a roaming call, dial +65 followed by the phone number
